OG Creative Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use BrandForge Studio, including its built-in features and supported plugins.

Information Stored by BrandForge Studio:

BrandForge Studio may store information that you create or enter while using the application, including brand information, design records, product information, ideas, collections, project templates, color palettes, application settings, and related creative data.

BrandForge Studio is designed primarily as a local desktop application. Application data and user-created content are generally stored on the user's computer unless the user intentionally exports, shares, transfers, or submits that information through another service.

Images and Creative Files:

BrandForge Studio may allow you to select, import, analyze, optimize, or otherwise work with images and other creative files.

Built-in local processing features and official plugins designed for local processing do not intentionally upload those files to OG Creative Studios simply because they are opened or processed.

Files may leave your computer if you choose to use a feature, integration, plugin, or third-party service that requires online transmission. Where practical, BrandForge Studio will identify functionality that depends on an external service.

Plugins:

BrandForge Studio supports an expandable plugin system.

Official OG Creative Studios plugins may provide additional functionality such as image optimization, color palette analysis, and print preparation. Some plugins may require access to files or application data to perform their intended functions.

Third-party plugins are separate software components and may have their own privacy practices. Users should review a plugin's publisher, requested permissions, documentation, and privacy terms before enabling it.

BrandForge Studio includes security and verification features intended to help identify official plugins and detect potentially unsafe plugin packages; however, no security system can guarantee that third-party software is completely safe.

Internet and Third-Party Services:

Some BrandForge Studio features may interact with external websites, APIs, artificial intelligence services, cloud services, e-commerce platforms, or other third-party providers.

Information intentionally submitted to a third-party service is subject to that provider's privacy policy and terms. OG Creative Studios is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services.

Information We May Collect:

If BrandForge Studio does not currently include telemetry or analytics, OG Creative Studios does not intentionally collect usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or user-created BrandForge content through the desktop application solely because the application is being used.

We may separately receive information that you voluntarily provide when contacting us, purchasing software, requesting support, reporting a problem, or communicating with OG Creative Studios.

Payment information may be processed by the payment or commerce provider used for a transaction. OG Creative Studios does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card information processed by those providers.

Licensing and Software Activation:

BrandForge Studio may use licensing, registration, activation, or verification mechanisms to confirm that software is legitimately licensed.

If online licensing or activation services are introduced or used, limited information necessary to provide those services may be processed, such as license identifiers, application version information, activation status, or other technical information required to validate a license.

This Privacy Policy should be updated if BrandForge Studio's licensing system begins collecting additional personal or device information.

Data Sharing:

OG Creative Studios does not sell BrandForge Studio users' personal information.

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to provide a service requested by the user, comply with applicable law or valid legal process, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce applicable agreements, or protect the rights, property, and security of OG Creative Studios and its users.

Data Retention and Deletion:

Information stored locally by BrandForge Studio generally remains on the user's computer until it is deleted through the application, removed by the user, or removed when application data is deleted.

Deleting a record from BrandForge Studio does not necessarily delete independently exported files, backups, source artwork, or copies stored elsewhere on the user's computer.

Information provided directly to OG Creative Studios for support, licensing, purchases, or other business purposes may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to satisfy applicable legal, accounting, security, and business requirements.

Security:

OG Creative Studios takes reasonable measures to help protect BrandForge Studio and its users.

BrandForge Studio may include safeguards such as plugin validation, security scanning, package verification, and digital-signature verification. Nevertheless, no software, computer, network, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for their computers, accounts, files, backups, and third-party services.

Children's Privacy:

BrandForge Studio is not specifically directed toward children under 13, and OG Creative Studios does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through BrandForge Studio.

If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected inappropriately, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation as required by applicable law.

Changes to This Privacy Policy:

BrandForge Studio will continue to evolve. This Privacy Policy may therefore be updated when features, integrations, data practices, or legal requirements change.

When material changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this policy will be revised.
