Clever Intentions LLC (“Clever Intentions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Foxy Timekeeper handles information when you use the application.

Foxy Timekeeper is designed as a privacy-focused, local timekeeping application. We have intentionally designed the app to minimize the collection and transmission of user information.

Information Foxy Timekeeper Stores:

Foxy Timekeeper allows you to record and manage information related to your work time, including items such as:

- Clock-in and clock-out times

- Break times

- Work-hour records

- Notes you choose to add to time records

- Hourly pay and overtime settings

- Estimated gross pay calculations

- Application preferences and settings

This information is stored locally on your device for the purpose of providing Foxy Timekeeper's features.

Clever Intentions LLC does not operate a Foxy Timekeeper cloud account or server that receives your timekeeping records.

Personal Information:

Foxy Timekeeper does not require you to create an account or provide Clever Intentions LLC with your name, email address, phone number, employer information, or other personal identifying information in order to use the app.

Information that you voluntarily enter into notes or other user-editable fields remains part of your locally stored Foxy Timekeeper data.

Internet and Cloud Services:

Foxy Timekeeper's core timekeeping functionality is designed to operate locally on your device.

Foxy Timekeeper does not upload your work records to a Clever Intentions LLC cloud service.

The app may provide links that open external webpages, such as this Privacy Policy. When you choose to open an external webpage, your web browser and the website you visit may process information according to their own privacy practices.

Advertising and Analytics:

Foxy Timekeeper does not contain third-party advertising.

Clever Intentions LLC does not use Foxy Timekeeper to track you for advertising purposes.

Foxy Timekeeper does not include third-party analytics services used by Clever Intentions LLC to monitor your activity inside the app.

Sale or Sharing of Personal Data:

Clever Intentions LLC does not sell your Foxy Timekeeper data.

We do not share your locally stored Foxy Timekeeper records with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Reports and Exports:

Foxy Timekeeper allows you to create or export reports containing your timekeeping information.

Reports are generated only when you choose to use an applicable export or sharing feature.

Once you export or share a report outside Foxy Timekeeper, the report may be handled by another application, storage provider, email service, messaging service, or other destination that you select. Information handled by those services is subject to their respective privacy practices.

You are responsible for choosing where exported reports are saved or shared.

Estimated Gross Pay:

Foxy Timekeeper may calculate estimated gross pay using hourly rates, overtime settings, and work records that you provide.

These calculations are provided for informational and personal timekeeping purposes. Foxy Timekeeper is not a payroll service, accounting service, tax service, or financial institution.

Data Retention and Deletion:

Timekeeping records and application settings maintained by Foxy Timekeeper are stored locally on your device.

You can manage or delete records using available features within the app.

Because Clever Intentions LLC does not maintain a cloud copy of your Foxy Timekeeper records, we generally cannot recover locally deleted information.

Uninstalling Foxy Timekeeper or clearing its application data through your device may permanently remove locally stored Foxy Timekeeper information. You should export or otherwise preserve any records you wish to keep before deleting application data or uninstalling the app.

Data Security:

Foxy Timekeeper is designed to reduce privacy risks by keeping its timekeeping information locally on your device rather than transmitting those records to a Clever Intentions LLC server.

The security of locally stored information also depends on the security of your device. We recommend using the security features provided by your device, such as a screen lock, PIN, password, fingerprint, or other supported protection.

Children's Privacy:

Foxy Timekeeper is a general-purpose productivity and timekeeping application and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.

Clever Intentions LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children through Foxy Timekeeper.

Third-Party Services and Google Play:

If you obtain Foxy Timekeeper through Google Play, Google may process information related to downloading, purchasing, licensing, updating, security, and operation of the app.

Information collected or processed directly by Google is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policies. Clever Intentions LLC does not control Google's independent data practices.

Changes to This Privacy Policy:

We may update this Privacy Policy when Foxy Timekeeper's features, data practices, legal requirements, or services change.

When the policy is updated, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised.

We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
